MAINTENANCE

Properties will need work throughout the year no matter what.  Our experienced maintenance team is equalized to address problems in a timely professional manner while minimizing all expenses.  We are licensed Class A Contractors and when using outside maintenance personnel we ensure that they are also insured, bonded, Class A-C licensed independent contractors. No markups or extra charges are ever added to maintenance invoices.

ACCOUNTING

In order to maintain success you have to exercise good bookkeeping.  Our accountant team works diligently to ensure all transactions are done correctly to be prepared for tax time!

 FEES

For residential and commercial properties we make it our job to find you the best qualified tenant. As property managers we do not get paid until the owner gets paid and ensure the move in process is as smooth as possible for everyone. At the beginning of each new lease, we have a mandatory start-up fee that is paid once a tenant is moved in. Secondly, our monthly management fee to manage your property 24x7x365 is 15% of the rental amount.  The percentage is nothing that does not fall into terms with the standard nationwide.

RENTAL AMOUNT

As of today, the market currently determines the rental amount for any property and we take pride in providing you with updated comparable market analysis reports regarding rent rates. In the end we allow our clients to choose the rental price, however, it is our job to recommend the marketable rates.
